Filling Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
1 large egg
1 TB spoon sesame oil
2 TB spoon soy sauce
1 TB spoon white wine
Lots of Green onion all chopped up
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
Shake garlic powder or fresh garlic chopped
Dipping Sauce
Soy
Sesame Oil
Rice Wine vinegar
Fresh Garlic
Fresh Ginger
Skins
Package of “Twin Dragon” Gyoza Skins
Pork spring rolls
Carrots
Beansprouts
Cabbage
Ground pork
Soy Sauce
Oyster sauce
Mix and refrigerate all ingredients
White wine
Sukiyaki to taste
Teriyaki to taste
Garlic powder
Spring Roll Wrappers
Chicken and peanuts
2lbs chicken
1/2 cup peanuts
1 teaspoon ginger
Then
Soak chicken in
1 1/2 TB cornstarch
1 1/2 TB cold water
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
After it has been cooked:
2 Tablespoon soy
1 Tablespoon wine
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon corn starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame
